Waterhole Software specializes in working with agencies to assess where they are technologically and how to align that technology with the business goals of the Chief or Sheriff.

Procurement

Waterhole Software works closely with agencies in the development of procurement specifications to ensure that agencies purchase technology that align with their business needs. It is our belief that one of the most important outcomes of this process is end-user buy in. To this end, we conduct a series of meetings with line staff, supervisors and command staff to identify their requirements. Specifically, the Waterhole team will work with practitioners to identify and document their business processes and then incorporate specific requirements into the context of this model. This ensures that the requirements are complete and less subject to misinterpretation by responding vendors.
